Building custom interiors since 2009
Desert Auto Interiors was founded in 2009 by two brothers from Southern California who shared a passion for classic automobiles and exceptional upholstery. What began as a small upholstery shop quickly earned a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship and premium materials.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities — more craftsmen, better tools and a dedicated facility for automotive interior design and fabrication in Tucson, Arizona. Every project is planned with the customer, then cut, stitched and fitted by hand.

What we do
Interiors for every kind of build
Every vehicle tells a story, and the interior should be as impressive as the exterior. Our craftsmen design and build fully customized interiors — from concept to completion — including custom seating, leather upholstery, headliners, consoles, dashboards, door panels, carpet and trunk finishes.
Using 3D design and CAD modeling, we plan interiors that fit precisely and look right, then build them with premium materials. Whether your vehicle is headed for the street, the show floor or a private collection, it gets the same attention.

We talk through your vehicle, how you use it and the look you want, then choose materials and colors together.

Design & build
Panels and seats are designed to fit, then cut, stitched and finished by hand in our Tucson workshop.

Fit & finish
Kits ship ready to bolt in, or we can recommend an installer. Every product carries a 1-year limited warranty.
